Sabita Kondle, MA, LMFT, LPCC

Role: Founder & CEO

Background: Experienced in nonprofit leadership and community development, with a focus on youth and family services.

I founded Save Family Foundation to help bridge the gap between underserved families and the support they deserve. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I bring clinical insight and lived experience from nearly 20 years of teaching, mentoring, and working in diverse communities—from Chico to Folsom and everywhere in between.

My passion for youth wellness began long before the foundation was formed. I spent five years volunteering at Hope Counseling Center, where I served individuals and families from all walks of life. I’ve mentored high school and college-bound youth, guided students through literacy programs in elementary schools, and trained high school students through local work-readiness initiatives. These early experiences shaped my belief in empowerment through education, resilience, and connection.

At Save, I lead community-centered programs like the Empowering Futures: Youth Wellness and Resilience Initiative and the Pathways and Partnership Grant, both of which are designed to build emotional wellness, prevent substance use, and foster leadership in youth. We proudly partner with organizations like Pro Youth, which works alongside the City of Sacramento, and Impact Sac to expand our reach into SEED neighborhoods and beyond.

Save Family Foundation is built on five core pillars: Compassion, Strength, Belonging, Collaboration, and Transformation. These values guide everything we do—and everything I do—to create a safer, healthier future for the youth and families we serve.
