Program Overview

SAVE Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on expanding access to mental health and wellness services throughout the Sacramento and Yuba-Sutter area.

We work alongside clinical partners — including Kesav Health & Wellness, Achieve Community Health Center, and Iris Health, where associate and trainee clinicians provide therapy services under licensed supervision.

Our practicum program gives graduate-level counseling trainees and associate clinicians supervised, hands-on experience while serving individuals and families in the community. Through this work, they gain experience supporting diverse populations, working with community providers, and understanding integrated care.

Our goal is to help increase access to therapy and behavioral health support in the community while also helping grow the local behavioral health workforce.
