Kesav Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and community-minded Licensed Therapist to join our growing mental health practice. This role is perfect for a retired clinician, part-time practitioner, or seasoned therapist who still loves the work and wants to contribute meaningfully—without the intensity of a full clinical caseload.

This position blends clinical expertise, light administrative duties, and supervision of practicum/associate-level students. You will play a key role in supporting our training pipeline and helping us grow access to quality, culturally grounded care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to practicum students and associate clinicians

• Offer limited direct therapy sessions (flexible, based on preference)

• Support the clinic with light administrative tasks (e.g., documentation review, coordination)

• Participate in case consultation and team support

• Help build a supportive, ethical, and warm training environment

• Uphold high standards of care and culturally responsive practice

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD/PhD)

• Or retired clinician in good standing

• Experience supervising or mentoring practicum/MSW/MFT trainees (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication skills with a supportive, grounded presence

• Enjoys hybrid work — some tasks remote, some in-person

• Passion for community mental health

• Able to work collaboratively with our small, mission-driven team
